An A1 Form is needed by: companies posting employees to other EU countries, persons working simultaneously in multiple EU states, civil servants posted abroad, and self-employed persons (PFA) providing services in another EU state.
File preparation takes 24-48 hours. After submission to the County Pension House, the legal issuance term is up to 45 days, but in practice it can be faster.
Required documents: employee's employment contract, identity card, contract with the EU beneficiary company, company's certificate of incorporation, VAT Declaration 300 and contracts with companies in Romania.
